Advantages of Sterifast Sterilizing Agents
Safety
- Only Sterifast-manufactured sterilizing agents can be used, as the sterilizer’s recognition system exclusively detects approved bottles.
- Operator contact with the sterilizing agent is completely avoided:
- The recharge drawer opens only upon operator confirmation when the system alerts for a new supply.
- Refilling begins automatically following the operator’s instruction on the touchscreen.
- The entire refilling process is fully automated, eliminating accidental exposure.
- After the automatic emptying of the bottle:
- The drawer opens for the operator to seal the bottle using a cap provided in the recharge kit.
- The sealed bottle is then safely removed from the drawer.
- The sterilizing agent is corrosive but non-toxic, as it is an aqueous hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) solution.
- Each recharge box includes handling instructions and safety recommendations.
- Due to its low H₂O₂ concentration, the Sterilizing Agent is air-shippable. As a Known Consignor of Air Cargo (PT/KC/00006-01), Sterifast ensures faster delivery by bypassing lengthy security checks.
