Sterifast Foundation is the social responsibility arm of Sterifast, created to support safer, more sustainable, and better-organized healthcare practices, with a primary focus on dentistry and dental sterilization. Building on Sterifast’s expertise in sterilization technologies, the Foundation is dedicated to improving patient safety, infection prevention, and environmental responsibility in dental clinics through education, awareness, and collaboration.

Why Dentistry?

Dental clinics play a critical role in public health and infection prevention. Proper sterilization, instrument processing, and workflow organization are essential to protecting patients, dental professionals, and support staff.

Sterifast Foundation focuses on dentistry because dental clinics manage a high volume of reusable instruments, sterilization practices directly impact patient safety, education and correct workflows significantly reduce risks, and sustainable technologies can reduce water and energy consumption in daily operations.

Our Flagship Program – Dental Sterilization Education Program (DSEP)

The Dental Sterilization Education Program is the flagship initiative of Sterifast Foundation. This program is designed to improve sterilization practices in dental clinics through structured, non-commercial education.

The program covers instrument cleaning, disinfection and sterilization workflows, packaging and traceability of dental instruments, monitoring, validation and quality control, common sterilization errors and risk prevention, and sustainable sterilization with optimized use of resources.

Programs are delivered through free webinars, on-site workshops, and collaborations with dental schools and professional associations. Participants may receive a Certificate of Attendance issued by Sterifast Foundation.

Sterifast Foundation’s activities are aligned with Environmental, Social, and Governance principles and support the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
