The ST10 offers complete management of sterilization data through advanced digital and paper-based traceability, with USB, Ethernet, and WiFi providing full data transfer and archiving capabilities.
Its intuitive interface—with a 7″ colour display and side LED—simplifies daily workflows, enabling quick access to 5 B cycles and, with a password, 1 S and 1 N cycle.
Test scheduling and support for three optional printers allow printing of receipts or thermal labels with data or barcodes.
User-friendly features include one-click removable air filters, easy access to the printer compartment, and quick front-door adjustment and release.
Control systems such as the inspection system, clean/dirty water separation, conductivity monitoring, and an air-water separator ensure safe, reliable performance over time.

Comprehensive Sterilization Cycles & Testing
The ST10 supports a wide range of sterilization and test programs, including B, N, and S cycles, as well as Vacuum, Helix, and Bowie-Dick tests. Users can select from 3 B cycles (121°, 134°, 134° Prion) and 2 fast B cycles (134° fast, 134° Prion fast) fully compliant with EN 13060, reducing sterilization time for small loads by up to 30%. N (N134) and S (S134) cycles are also available and can be activated securely via password.
Programmable Cycle Scheduling
The ST10 enables users to schedule sterilization cycles and tests to start at specific times, optimizing clinic workflow. This feature allows the vacuum test to run before the clinic opens, with the flexibility to initiate additional tests or sterilization cycles as needed, ensuring efficient and uninterrupted operation.

LED Cycle Status Indicators
The ST10 features LED lights in the handle area that provide instant visual feedback on the sterilization cycle status. Colors indicate the current phase: blue for running, green for sterile, red for non-sterile, and orange for sterile but not yet dry, allowing users to monitor cycles at a glance.

All cycle data is automatically saved to the standard USB drive and can be transferred to a PC using the built-in Ethernet or WiFi connections. Additionally, the system includes a load validation and release feature, allowing operators to digitally confirm the conformity of the sterilization process during both loading and unloading. After verifying pouch integrity, dryness, instrument condition, and adherence to sterilization parameters, the load can be officially validated for use.
Flexible Printer Configuration Options
The ST10 features an expandable traceability system that supports three different printer types to suit various documentation needs. Print Set 1 and Print Set 2 can be installed directly on the front of the autoclave without requiring extra space, while Print Set 3 is designed for external placement. This flexibility allows users to tailor their printing setup to their workflow and record-keeping preferences.
E-Memory: Complete Digital Archiving & Traceability
E-Memory is a comprehensive software solution designed for full archiving, management, and traceability of all sterilization cycle data directly on a PC. It can automatically, semi-automatically, or manually collect cycle information and store it on the computer, where the data can be easily organized, searched, printed, or emailed as needed.
The software enables tracking and reviewing cycle records from multiple devices involved in the sterilization workflow—including thermodisinfectors, sealers, and autoclaves—offering a unified view of the entire process.
With its user-friendly interface, E-Memory simplifies data consultation and allows quick sharing of selected cycles with technical support. It can also generate detailed reports and PDF certificates featuring custom headers, logos, and user information for complete professional documentation.
